Receive $100 on a Prepaid Card by mail when you buy or lease a new or pre-owned vehicle and purchase of a set of 4 Bridgestone Blizzak tires. Participating Canada new car dealers only. You will be offered the choice of a digital or physical prepaid card via a card payment confirmation email. Limit 1 reward per each set of 4 new Bridgestone Blizzak tires purchased and installed; limit 3 rewards per household, customer or address. Retail purchases made between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025. Prepaid Card may be used everywhere debit cards are accepted. See Cardholder Agreement. Not redeemable for cash. Please allow 10–12 weeks for the receipt of the physical Prepaid Card. Visit BridgestoneRewards.com/auto/Blizzak or call (800) 926-3716 to check the status of your claim after 4 weeks. All submissions must be filed online at BridgestoneRewards.com/auto/Blizzak and received no later than January 10, 2026. Cannot be combined with any other offer. Invoice and claim form must be submitted for each eligible purchase. Retail purchasers only. Offer excludes commercial, fleet and group purchases, employee changeovers, teammate purchase card discounts and warranty replacement purchases. Valid in Canada only. Void where prohibited. Must be age of majority, or over in province/territory of residence. Tires must be installed during the promotion period. No special orders or rain checks and cannot be combined with any other offer.
