Please allow 10–12 weeks for your claim to be approved. You will be offered the choice of digital or physical card via an email from notification@my-bridgestonerewards.com. If a physical card is selected please allow 10-14 days for receipt of the card via USPS. Limit 1 reward per each set of 4 new Bridgestone Blizzak tires purchased and installed; limit 3 rewards per household, customer, or address. Retail purchases made between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026. Use the card at millions of locations worldwide, everywhere you see the Mastercard Acceptance Mark.
